This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our AI video generation platform and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Slenvox AI Studios Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Plot No. 14, Shatabdi Nagar, Opp. India Gate, Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302022, India. Slenvox AI Studios Private Limited is the data controller responsible for your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three categories:

Personal Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely through our payment provider). If you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, video generation requests, timestamps, browser type, operating system, IP address, and referring URLs. This data helps us improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.

Content Data: When you use the Service to generate videos, we process the text prompts, scripts, articles, and other inputs you provide. We also store the generated video files associated with your account. Your input content is used solely for the purpose of generating your requested videos.

Uploaded Assets: If you use our asset upload features, you may provide images, video clips, PDF documents, brand logos, and URLs for content extraction. These uploaded files are stored securely on your account and used exclusively to generate the videos you request. Uploaded documents and URLs are processed temporarily to extract content and are not retained beyond what is necessary for video generation. You can delete uploaded assets from your account at any time.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To process your video generation requests, manage your account, and deliver the videos you create.
• Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, optimize our AI models, improve video quality, and develop new features. When used for model improvement, content is anonymized and aggregated.
• Communication: To send you account notifications, billing confirmations, security alerts, and (with your consent) marketing communications about new features and updates. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
• Security & Fraud Prevention: To detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents, fraud, and abuse of the Service.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Video generation is processed on secure infrastructure in access-controlled data centres. Generated video content is stored for the duration of your account plus 30 days after a deletion request.

We implement organizational and technical safeguards including access controls and regular review of our security practices. While no system is perfectly secure, we are committed to protecting your data using recognized industry practices.

Data Retention: Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 12 months. Generated videos are retained until you delete them or close your account. After account closure, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

International Data Transfers: Slenvox is operated from India and uses service providers and servers located in other countries (including within the European Union and the United States). When you use the Service, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect that information.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Payment Processing: We do not store your full card number on our servers. Subscription payments are handled by regulated, PCI-compliant third-party payment providers who process the transaction securely on our behalf. Depending on your location, your payment may be processed by a different provider. The relevant provider's own privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
• AI & Content Processing: To generate your videos we share your inputs, only as needed, with third-party AI and media providers (for language processing, text-to-speech narration, image generation, and stock media). These providers process your content solely to fulfil your request.
• Analytics: We use privacy-focused, first-party analytics to understand how users interact with our Service. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Our servers are hosted by reputable cloud providers in secure, access-controlled data centres.
• Authentication: Google OAuth is available as a sign-in option. When you use Google sign-in, Google's privacy policy applies to the data they process.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
• Portability: You can export your generated videos and account data at any time through your dashboard settings.
• Correction: You can update your personal information through your account settings at any time.
• Objection: You can object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes at any time.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We also use functional cookies to remember your preferences (such as theme settings). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from functioning properly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Slenvox AI Studios platform and services. The Service is operated by Slenvox AI Studios Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Plot No. 14, Shatabdi Nagar, Opp. India Gate, Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302022, India ("Slenvox," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Slenvox AI Studios ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Slenvox AI Studios is an AI-powered video generation platform that transforms text inputs, scripts, articles, and prompts into long-form video content. The Service includes video generation, script writing assistance, AI voiceover, and video hosting. Slenvox is a fully digital, software-based service delivered online on a subscription basis — there are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. Features and capabilities may change as we continue to develop and improve the platform.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars for international customers and in Indian rupees for customers in India, and are exclusive of applicable taxes. You authorize a recurring charge to your payment method for each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings to stop future renewals (see Section 9). If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is resolved. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Payment Processing & Seller of Record: Slenvox AI Studios Private Limited is the seller of record for your subscription. Payments are processed securely by regulated, PCI-compliant third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details on our servers. Depending on your location, your payment may be handled by a different provider, and the charge may appear on your statement under the name of that provider or of Slenvox. Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes. For customers in India, GST at the prevailing rate (currently 18%) is added at checkout; for customers in other regions, applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are calculated and shown at checkout where required. The final amount, including any taxes, is always displayed before you confirm payment, and a tax invoice is provided for every payment.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you provide as input (scripts, prompts, articles, uploaded images, video clips, documents, and brand assets) and all video content generated through the Service using your account. Slenvox does not claim ownership rights over your generated videos or your uploaded assets. You grant Slenvox a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. You are free to use, distribute, monetize, and modify your generated videos without restriction.

Uploaded Assets: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any images, videos, documents, or other files you provide to the Service. You must not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, contains illegal material, or violates any applicable laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create deepfake content intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate real individuals without their consent.
• Produce content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Generate content depicting child exploitation or abuse in any form.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage or circumvents rate limits.
• Resell access to the Service without written authorization from Slenvox.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, codebase, AI models, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Slenvox AI Studios and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use the Slenvox name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slenvox AI Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through your account settings. Slenvox reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after account closure to allow for reactivation, after which all data is permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence, the courts of Jaipur, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

Refund Policy

At Slenvox AI Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund on your subscription.

Who handles your refund & your statutory rights: Slenvox AI Studios Private Limited is the seller of record and handles refunds directly for all customers, wherever you are based. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through the payment provider that processed your purchase. Nothing in this policy limits or removes any mandatory consumer rights (including any statutory cancellation or refund rights) you may have under the laws of your country of residence; where those rights are more favourable than this policy, they prevail.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee — No Questions Asked

Every new paid subscription comes with a simple 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with the Service for any reason within 14 days of your first payment, just email us and we will refund that payment in full. No questions asked, no forms to fill in, and no need to explain why. The guarantee covers the first payment on a new subscription.

2. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is quick and easy:

• Send an email to billing@slenvox.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
• Include the email address on your account and the date of purchase so we can find your order.

Our billing team will reply within 24 hours and process your refund right away. Refunds are handled directly by us and returned to your original payment method through the payment provider that processed your purchase.

3. Processing Time

Once approved, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds cover the full amount you paid, including any taxes charged on the payment. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

4. After the 14-Day Window

After the guarantee window, you stay in full control of your subscription:

• Cancel any time: You can cancel from your account settings whenever you like to stop future charges. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Renewals: Renewal payments fall outside the 14-day first-payment guarantee. If a renewal charges you by mistake — for example you meant to cancel — please contact us; we review these case by case and will do right by you.
• Annual plans: The 14-day guarantee applies to annual plans too. After that window, annual plans are generally non-refundable, so if you would like to try the Service first we suggest starting on a monthly plan.
• Free tier and promotions: Nothing is charged on the free tier or for promotional credits, so there is nothing to refund.

5. Service Problems

If something on our side prevents normal use of the Service — such as an extended outage or a critical bug — contact us and we will make it right with a pro-rated refund or service credit, even outside the 14-day window.

6. Disputes & Billing Questions

If you ever see a charge you do not recognise or believe is wrong, please email billing@slenvox.com first — most billing questions are resolved within a day. We would always rather sort an issue out with you directly than have you go through your bank.
